Can I get my order automatically shipped to my home each month?
Absolutely. Many customers take advantage of ViaLife, Vianda’s convenient home delivery plan. ViaLife is required when you order a trial pack, or if you order a package the choice to enroll is yours. Here's how it works:
When you order a trial pack of a Vianda brand, you will be enrolled in ViaLife, which provides valuable savings, convenience and special new product offers. For 30 count trials, approximately 1 week before your current cycles run out we will begin shipping you regular bi-monthly 60 day cycles. For 10 count trials, 17 days after your trial is shipped, we will begin shipping you regular bi-monthly 60 day cycles. Your 60 day cycles will be delivered automatically and we will charge your credit card a reduced ViaLife price of $79.90 within one business day of shipping your products. And there are no shipping and handling fees. It’s easy and discreet. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may call Customer Care at 1-866-834-1715 within 60 days of the date of your order to make arrangements to receive a credit on any unopened cycles you return, less shipping and handling. Credits will ONLY be issued for unopened packages that are returned. You may cancel future shipments at any time by calling 1-866-834-1715.

What is your return policy?
Your purchase comes with Vianda’s 60 Day Return Policy. If you are not happy with your purchase at any time, for any reason, simply call Vianda’s Customer Care department at 1-866-834-1715, Monday-Friday from 10a-6p EST, to arrange for a credit of the purchase price for any unopened package returned within 60 days of receipt.
